Abstract

The Government decrees to entitle the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources to carry out the Project. The Government decrees to set up in accordance with the Agreement the Russian program of the organization of investments for the purpose environmental improvement as a condition for crediting Russian enterprises and organizations for carrying out self-repaying projects favouring environmental improvement. The Government decrees to validate the Regulation on the Russian program. The main purpose of the Program is allocation of sub-credits to the Russian enterprises and organizations for financing investment projects for the prevention of environmental pollution, restoration of natural resources and providing for the effective use of produce (service) purchased on account of these sub-credits.
