The basic principle of state quality control of the aforesaid commodities shall be to ensure compliance thereof with state standards, technical requirements and normative documents. The authorized institution entitled with the task of carrying out state quality control shall be the State Grain Inspection. Grain, flour, cereals and mixed fodder recognized unsuitable to be consumed as food and forage shall be subject to burial in conformity with the legislative provisions.
