The purpose of state register of wild fauna shall be to provide state bodies and legal persons concerned with the information on the state of wildlife with a view of conservation of biological diversity and reproduction of wild fauna, regulation of number of some species, and also conservation of protected and endangered species recorded in the Red Book of Belarus.
