Ministerial Decree No. 764 validating the Regulation on the calculation and collection of water charges for use of water bodies pertaining to Federal property.

This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities for calculating and collecting water charges for the use of water bodies pertaining to Federal property applicable to: (a) water abstraction; (b) hydropower generation; and (c) recreational water use.
