Such subsidies shall partially offset charges for potable water, and shall be paid to water suppliers for water actually supplied within established water consumption limits. Subsidies shall be established by the Ministry of Agriculture on an annual basis, calculated per cubic metre of water. Water suppliers applying to receive subsidies for potable water supply services shall submit to the Ministry of Agriculture and its territorial branches the following documents: (a) list of customers; (b) monthly register of services rendered; (c) certificates of water supplied at subsidized water charges; and (d) list of receipts for subsidized water charges.
