Abstract

A Decree prescribing restrictive provisions related to the quality of fungicides containing the active substance DODINE; This decree prescribes the quality of such products in compliance with the technical specifications recommended by the FAO (in particular, "technical pure" DODINE quantities, as from 1.10.1988, must comply with the Fao Specification Code 101/1/S/2; "wet powder" DODINE quantities, as from 1.01.1989, must comply with the Fao Specification Code 101/1/S/3); with this Decree, imports of DODINE products (pure or solvent), containing any quantity of N-NITROSO compounds is prohibited. The absence of such compounds shall be stated by the importer and shall be verified and confirmed by sampling; DODINE products may be produced and packaged only by authorized manufacturers.
