Abstract

The Government of the Russian Federation, for the purpose of the application of the Federal Law on the Exclusive Economic Zone, decrees to validate the list of the maximum allowable limits of concentration and the conditions of discharge of hazardous substances in the Exclusive Economic Zone of the Russian Federation. This Decree regards the disposal of hazardous substances discharged in the course of regular exploitation of vessels, other floating means, flying objects, artificial islands and other equipment and constructions. This Decree contains the table of hazardous substances and fixes the concentration limits.
