Abstract

This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of partial reimbursement to grain processing enterprises of the cost of grain purchased from state reserves for the purpose of regulation of internal market. Partial reimbursement shall be allocated in a form of subsidy from provincial budgets. The purpose of allocation of finances shall be to stabilize prices for flour and bread. Mandatory condition set for grain processing enterprises granting access to partial reimbursement from public finances shall be purposeful use of purchased grain. Grain processing enterprises shall submit the following documentation to the provincial agricultural departments of public administration by the 10th of each month: (a) application in accordance with the Annex 1; (b) copies of proof of delivery of grain to grain processing enterprise documentation; and (c) copies of contract for supply of grain from state reserves.
