Abstract

This Ministerial Decree establishes that foodstuffs turned to government revenues and required for the formation of state food reserves shall be transferred for payment to regional authorities and local self-government to be stored at specialized storage facilities of trading organizations. Internal trade of the aforesaid foodstuffs shall be authorized exclusively by decision of the heads of regional administration and local self-government. Trade of foodstuffs pertaining to state food reserves shall be carried out exclusively through tenders. The list of foodstuffs destined for state food reserves includes meat, sugar, flour, grains, macaroni products, vegetable oils, tea, butter, margarine, infant food and food for dietary uses.
