Abstract

This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of performing state ecological monitoring (state environmental monitoring) and organization, functioning of state fund of ecological (environmental) monitoring data, and list of information included therein. The Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology shall be responsible for state ecological monitoring. State ecological (environmental) fund shall include the following data: (a) data included in sub-systems of unified monitoring system; (b) outcome of state ecological supervision; and (c) data of state registration of sites exercising negative environmental impact.
