The Decree shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

The purpose of this Decree is to align the Greek legislative frame with the provisions of Council Directive 94/12/EC regarding the measures to be taken against air pollution by emissions from motor vehicles. This Decree amends Annex I of Ministerial Decree No. 33976/3189 of 1993 which sets out emission standards for motor vehicles.
