Ministerial Decree No. 675 validating Provisional Regulation on collection of fees for environmental pollution from foreign cargo-carrying motor vehicles on the territory of Kyrgyzstan.

This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of collection of environmental fees for pollution due to emissions by cargo-carrying motor vehicles in entry, exit or transit on the national territory. Collected environmental fees shall be accredited on account of Special Fund for environmental protection and forestry development. Environmental fees shall be charged in the national currency.
