Ministerial Decree No. 669 validating the Regulation on the issuance of authorization for special water uses and allotment of waterbodies for separate water management.

This Ministerial Decree establishes that authorization for special water uses shall be issued by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection and its territorial bodies at request of water users.
