Abstract

This Ministerial Decree establishes that the State Inspection on Geodetic Supervision shall be the authorized institution carrying out the following tasks: (a) supervision over geodetic and cartographic activity; (b) supervision over the correct mapping of the national frontier; (c) registration of geodetic and cartographic activities; and (d) registration of geodetic points. This Ministerial Decree establishes also the modalities of state supervision over land tenure and land protection by natural and legal persons. The purpose of the aforesaid supervision shall be enforcement of land legislation, including: (a) soil fertility improvement arrangements, protection against erosion, flooding and siltation; (b) purposeful use of land; (c) land reclamation; and (d) measurement of areas under agricultural crops. Common state registration system shall be composed of: (a) land cadastre; (b) land use planning register; (c) register of cultural heritage; (d) register of waste disposal areas; (e) register on environmental risk areas; and (f) cartographic and geodetic register.
