This Decree enters into force upon signature.

Abstract

This Decree sets forth provisions on a) approbation of new veterinary drugs, b) sampling, testing, re-registration, state registration, production, import, storage, transportation, sale and use of veterinary drugs, c) registration of documents and samples of exported veterinary drugs, d) data collection of veterinary drugs to ensure safety and effectiveness and e) carrying out quality control over veterinary drugs. This Decree underlines that production, import, sale and application of veterinary drugs shall be allowed only if registered and certified by the State Veterinary Service under the Ministry of Agriculture.
