Artificial reproduction shall be carried out in accordance with the contracts concluded between natural persons, legal persons and the Federal Fisheries Agency. The essential term of the aforesaid contract shall envisage releases of a certain amount of fry (larval fish) to fishery waterbodies within the established deadline.
