This Ministerial Decree enters into force on the day of its publication.
Abstract

This Ministerial Decree, approves the Regulation of the National Institute for Fisheries and Aquaculture Development (IDEPA). This Regulation, consisting of 34 articles divided into six Chapters, establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned public institution under the Minister of Fisheries and Aquaculture, which is responsible to perform the following activities: elaboration of specialized statistical studies on fishing activities and for the development of support infrastructures as well as proposals for policies and strategies, plans and programmes on the development and extension of small-scale fisheries and aquaculture.
