Abstract

This Ministerial Decree establishes that state subsoil register shall contain information on the state of subsoil. State subsoil register shall be kept for the following purposes: (a) exploration; (b) management of mineral deposits; and (mining). It shall be composed of section related to extraction of minerals and of section regarding management of subsoil for purposes non-related to mining and extraction of minerals. Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection shall be the authorized state institution responsible for keeping state subsoil register. Register of minerals shall be kept for separately for each mineral deposit and it shall contain data on location, quantity and quality of minerals, hydrological conditions and environmental audit. Worked-out mineral deposits, oil and gas shows, geochemical and geophysical anomalies shall not be subject to registration in state subsoil register.
