Abstract: This Ministerial Decree establishes qualification requirements for natural and legal persons carrying out manufacturing, trade and application of pesticides including: (a) compliance of technological processes with environmental standards; (b) availability of equipment and storage facilities complying with sanitary rules and regulations; (c) availability of the accredited testing laboratory; and (d) availability of positive expert opinion of sanitary and ecological supervision service.
