Abstract: This Ministerial Decree implements the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES). It establishes that that the authorized administrative body supervising over the fulfilment of the obligations of the Russian Federation as regards the aforesaid Convention shall be the Federal Veterinary and Phytosanitary Service and the scientific supervisory body shall be the “Pan-Russian Scientific Research Institute of Fisheries and Oceanography”.
