Abstract

This Ministerial Decree deals with the issuance of permits for introduction and hybridization of animals and removal of newly acclimatized animals on protected areas. Acclimatization and hybridization of animal species in conformity with governmental order and acclimatization and hybridization without subsequent release of animals in environment shall not require any permit. The authorized issuing authority for animal species shall be territorial bodies of the Forest and Hunting Committee and for fish species Fishery Committee. The number of species that can be removed from environment shall comply with the established limits. The application shall contain the following documentation: (a) copy of state registration certificate for legal persons; (b) decision by local self-government allocating fishery waterbodies or hunting grounds; (c) document attesting legitimacy of purchase of animals used for introduction; (d) veterinary certificate; and (e) positive conclusion of state ecological expertise for biological substantiation.
