Abstract

The purpose of this Ministerial Decree shall be to prevent or to reduce negative impact on fishery resources and natural habitat thereof. Federal Fisheries Agency and its territorial bodies shall be responsible for coordination of the positioning of production units and introduction of new technological processes in the internal sea, territorial sea, continental shelf, EEZ of the Russian Federation and also in the Sea of Azov and in the Caspian sea. The applicants must submit application to the Federal Fisheries Agency or its territorial bodies the application containing the following documents: (a) personal data (full name, organizational and legal form, address, location); (b) positioning area of production units and other objects; (c) registration data; and (d) environmental impact assessment (EIA).
