Ministerial Decree No. 564 validating the Regulation on calculation of damages caused to subsoil by the infringement of the national legislation on subsoil.

This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of calculation of the amount of damages caused to subsoil by the infringement of the national legislation on subsoil. Damages shall be intended actions or offences that have caused the loss of minerals through pollution, flooding, water intrusion, unauthorized subsoil management and subsoil disturbance. Calculation shall be performed by the Federal Nature Management Supervision Service. This Ministerial Decree contains calculation formula.
