Ministerial Decree No. 560 regarding authorization for the fishing vessels to cross the Russian border and control thereof.

This Ministerial Decree shall be applicable to the Russian fishing vessels carrying fisheries in the inland sea, territorial sea, EEZ and continental shelf of the Russian Federation without transhipment and establishes the modalities of the issuance thereto multiple authorization for crossing of the national border.
