Abstract

Regulation on main use felling is a system of norms and requirements regarding cutting based upon the maintenance of continuous, inexhaustible and rational use of forest resources, conservation of high productive resistant plantations, their ecological and other useful qualities. The Regulation consists of 7 Sections. Section 1 lays down general provisions. Section 2 regards cutting in plain forests. Section 3 regards cutting in mountain forests. Section 4 regards management of cutting areas. Section 5 regards clearing of cutting areas. Section 6 regards reforestation arrangements. Section 7 establishes liability of forest users for the infringement of the present Regulation.
