The Regulation consists of 7 Sections. Section 1 lays down general provisions. Section 2 regards cutting in plain forests. Section 3 regards cutting in mountain forests. Section 4 regards management of cutting areas. Section 5 regards clearing of cutting areas. Section 6 regards reforestation arrangements.
