Abstract

This Ministerial Decree regulates import and export of ozone depleting substances. Licences for import and export of ozone depleting substances and produce containing them from and to the countries that have signed the Montreal protocol shall be issued by the Ministry of External Trade in accordance with expert opinion issued by the Ministry of Environmental Protection. Import, export and transit of ozone depleting substances from and to the countries that have not signed Montreal Protocol shall be prohibited. Natural and legal persons infringing the present Ministerial Decree shall be liable to prosecution in accordance with the national legislation.
