Abstract The Government, in connection with the transformation of the Ministry of State property into the Ministry of property relations and the transfer to it some functions of the abolished Federal Committee on land policy, decrees to establish that the Ministry of property relations Federal Executive Body. Its sphere of competence comprehends: 1). Privatisation, administration and management of state property and land resources within its sphere of competence. 2). Regulation of transactions with immovable property and carrying out valuation activity. 3). Co-ordination in cases established by the legislation currently in force of other Federal and Regional Executive Bodies in the field of property relations and land relations.
