It also establishes minimum energetic efficiency requirements for new edifices and for edifices with renovated energetic efficiency. This Ministerial Decree contains formula and methods of calculation of energetic efficiency of edifices. Energetic efficiency shall be applicable to: (a) thermal and heating energy and hot water supply; (b) energy efficiency indices; and (c) indices for emissions of greenhouse gases.
