This Resolution enters into force the day after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Decree sets forth the regulation of fine flour extraction (72%) local and imported, as well as the wheat needed for its production. It is composed of 4 Articles. Article 1 states that all mill owners and mill managers which produce fine flour or laminar flour from public and private sector, have to assess their production needs of wheat needed to produce the amount of flour whether local or imported . Mill owners are not allowed to use local wheat without authorization from the Ministry of Supply and Internal Trade.
