Abstract

This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities for coordinating and validating land use planning documentation and for keeping and providing access to land survey data. As envisaged by legislation, land use planning documentation shall be coordinated by the Federal Land Cadastre Service and its territorial branches, sanitary and epidemiological supervision bodies, entities involved in the protection of cultural monuments and local self-governments. The Federal Land Cadastre Service shall coordinate the following land use planning documentation: (a) general land use planning scheme of the territory of the Russian Federation; (b) land use planning documentation elaborated by governmental bodies; and (c) documentation related federal land. In certain cases, land use planning documentation shall be subject to state environmental audit and examination prior its validation. Land use planning documentation shall establish measures for the rational management and conservation of land. Information and data on land use planning shall be available for public access, except for certain categories for which access shall be limited in accordance with the Russian legislation.
