Entry into force notes

This Decree enters into force upon signature.

Abstract

This Decree aims at regulating all processes of ecologically clean food and agricultural production flow from producers to reach the consumer and meeting the market demands by establishing an effective marketing strategy. The ecologically clean food and agricultural products can only be sold by certified real and legal persons. Certification of imported ecologically clean food and agricultural products shall be in accordance with the law. This Decree underlines that “not produced from genetically modified organisms and their derivatives” shall appear on the label of imported ecologically clean food and agricultural products.
