It shall not apply to infant food, dietary or medicinal products, raw materials or products containing GMOs, or to homemade foodstuffs. Labels must contain the following information: (a) product description; (b) technical identification indices; and (c) manufacturing method. Trade of bread, baked goods and confectionary products shall be authorized if accompanied by: (a) a compliance certificate and sanitary and epidemiological certificate; and (b) complete information in labels and accompanying documentation. Under safety requirements for bread, baked goods and confectionary products, the end product must: (a) be made from raw materials that comply with technical standards and sanitary and epidemiological requirements; (b) comply with organoleptic indicators for the relevant category; (c) comply with composition established by technological formulation and normative documents; (d) contain only authorized food additives; (e) comply with safety labelling, packaging, storage and transportation requirements; and (f) comply with ecological purity requirements.
