Abstract

This Ministerial Decree establishes that the system of land monitoring shall represent the system of observation and assessment of the state of land area for the purpose of timely identification of changes, land valuation, prevention and mitigation of the consequences of negative impact on soil. Monitoring shall be classified as: (a) monitoring of agricultural land; (b) monitoring of urban land; (c) monitoring of industrial land; (d) monitoring of protected areas and recreational land; (e) monitoring of land of cultural heritage; (f) monitoring of forest land; (g) monitoring of land of the waterbodies; and (h) monitoring of reserve land. The main tasks of land monitoring shall be: (a) land valuation and recommendations for the prevention of negative impact; and (b) reporting and provision of information for keeping land cadastre.
