Abstract

The Decree establishes sanitary requirements of transportation means, stalls for the sale of frozen food, etc. The temperature of frozen food must be constantly kept under control, according to the procedure of Annex 3. The modalities of sampling for the control of the temperature are contained in Annex 4. The installation of the equipment for the automatic gauge of the temperature on the transportation means must be carried out within 18 months of the entry into force of the present Decree.
