The State Committee shall carry out the following functions: (a) coordinate state administration and natural and legal persons in the areas of land tenure, soil improvement and conservation; (b) mapping, research and distant zoning of the Earth; (c) keeping of land cadastre; and (d) perform state registration of immovable property.
