Abstract

The Premier decrees to validate the Regulation. The present Regulation establishes the modalities and conditions of the utilization for veterinary purposes of drugs and psycho-pharmaceutical substances, recorded in the list of drugs and psycho-pharmaceutical substances, used in veterinary and validated by the Ministry of Public Health and Social Development and by the Ministry of Agriculture. Only legal persons in possession of licence are authorized to use drugs and psycho-pharmaceutical substances. It is prohibited to pack up, pour from one vessel into another, and shift from one package into another, to substitute labels of drugs and psycho-pharmaceutical substances. Injections of drugs and psycho-pharmaceutical substances to animals must be made by authorized personnel of a legal person in accordance with the modalities established by the Ministry of Agriculture.
