Abstract

The Ministerial Decree lays down amendments as well as addenda to Presidential Decree No. 558 of 1992. Intra-Community exchanges of fresh poultry meat is permitted only when poultry has been held in the Community territory since hatching or has been imported from third countries in compliance with the requirements established by Part III of Presidential Decree No. 587 of 3 March 1993. Fresh poultry meat that does not meet the requirements laid down in articles 8, 10, 11 and 12 of Presidential Decree No. 558 of 1992 may be imported only upon authorization issued by the European Commission.
