Monitoring is carried out for the purpose of ensuring sanitary and epidemiological well-being of the population. Data collected within the framework of monitoring regard the following parameters: 1) State of public health and environment, including social factors – public feeding and water supply. 2) Natural and climatic factors such as groundwater, surface water and land use planning. 3) Structure of public feeling, food quality control and food safety. The Regulation consists of 2 Sections. Section 1 lays down the general provisions. Section 2 determines the modalities of carrying out monitoring.
