Supply of fuelwood shall be regulated in accordance with annually updated balances of production and consumption of fuelwood. Each forest manager-legal person must file by 15 November of the current year to the local executive bodies projected amount of formation of fuelwood for the forthcoming year. The aforesaid legal persons shall specify in their reports the amount of fuelwood destined for proper consumption and the amount of fuelwood destined for trade. Legal persons carrying out forest management shall provide for trade of fuelwood and timber waste used as fuelwood in accordance with the acting legislation. Full text Russian Website pravo.by
