Abstract This Decree states that the Regulation on compensation of production losses in agriculture and forestry shall be approved. The fees shall be collected from the real and legal persons damaging soil quality in agricultural land and forests. These collected fees shall be used for improving agricultural development. In addition, the Regulation on use and leasing of pastures shall be approved by this Decree.
