The Decree shall enter into force as from 1 January 2000.

Abstract

The purpose of this Decree is to amend and supplement the Greek legislative frame with the provisions of Directive 98/69/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 October 1998 relating to measures to be taken against air pollution by emissions from motor vehicles and amending Council Directive 70/220/EEC. With this view, article 5 to Ministerial Decree No. 28433/2448 of 1992 is hereby amended. Also, the Annexes to this Decree are replaced by the Annexes attached to the present Decre
