It does not apply to homemade foodstuffs. Infant foods without negative impacts on human health or life that have passed state registration in accordance with national food safety legislation shall be authorized for trade. Commercial infant, dietary and health food must comply with sanitary and hygienic requirements, and must not contain pathogenic microorganisms that infectious diseases or are otherwise harmful to human health. Producers shall establish the expiration date and storage, transportation and trade conditions according to the safety requirements for raw alimentary materials and food additives and ingredients. Labelling of dietary food must contain the following additional information: (a) ingredients in decreasing order of weight and percentage; (b) conditions for use; (c) nutritional value; (d) instructions for the preparation of meals; (e) storage conditions; and (f) counter-indications.
