Abstract The samples of winery-viticulture products which contain sulfites in concentration of more than 10 mg/lt and do not include the relevant information on its label shall be considered as hazardous for the public health and should not be placed on the market. Vending of such products may be allowed after an approval by the competent authority and subject to the correct labelling stating all the relevant information so as to be avoided for the consumer the likely negative consequences from sulfite intake.
