This Ministerial Decree enters into force on 1 January 2007.

Abstract

Subitem 5.2 of the item 5 shall acquire a new wording: “Maximum allowable limits of the emission of pollutants into the atmospheric air and wastewater discharge shall be established by agreement with the territorial branches of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection.”
