Technical regulation establishes: (a) compulsory safety requirements for brewing industry; (b) requirements for processing, handling, storage, transportation and trade of beer; (c) packaging and labelling requirements for beer; (d) traceability of beer; and (e) compliance assessment criteria. It shall not be applicable to transit and homemade beer. It shall be applicable either to beer with alcohol contents or to non-alcoholic beer.
