Abstract The Ministerial Decree establishes that the owners of non domestic (industrial) waste shall be charged for waste disposal. Charges for waste disposal in the authorized places shall be calculated in conformity with the real amount of disposed waste. Charges for storage of unusable pesticides shall be calculated in conformity with the real amount of stored pesticides. The limits for disposal of industrial waste shall be elaborated by the owners of waste and must be validated by the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources. Waste disposal shall not be charged in the following cases: (a) disposal of domestic waste; (b) storage of waste at the recycling sites; (c) disposal of radioactive waste originating from the Chernobyl disaster.
