It applies to contracts between agricultural cooperatives, farming enterprises, dehkan (peasant) farms and other producers of agricultural commodities, and related procuring, servicing and processing organizations. Organizations procuring agricultural commodities for state food reserves must contract with the special fund for the purchase of agricultural commodities for public needs under the Ministry of Finance. All contracts between producers of agricultural commodities shall be registered with the local branches of state agricultural and water management organizations prior to their execution.
