It establishes four categories of emergency situations: (a) municipal (fire area over 25 ha within terrestrial patrolling and over 200 ha within aerial patrolling, or forest fire during more than 2 days); (b) regional (within the boundaries of a region); (c) inter-regional (within the boundaries of two or more regions); and (d) federal (within the boundaries of two or more federal districts).
