Agricultural chemistry service comprehends: 1) ground and agricultural chemistry research and monitoring of agricultural land fertility; 2) phytosanitary and ecologo-toxicological inspection of agricultural land; 3) agrotechnical, agrochemical, phytosanitary measures, land reclamation and counter measures against soil erosion for the purpose of reproduction of agricultural land fertility, including conservation of vastly eroded soil; 4) delivery to the producers of agricultural commodities plant protection means and technologies of application of agricultural chemistry and plant protection means; 5) allocation to landowners, tenants, farmers of equipment for carrying out agrotechnical, agrochemical, phytosanitary measures and counter measures against soil erosion; 6) delivery to the producers of agricultural commodities of peat and its derivatives, plaster, lime and organic fertilizers.
