State Register shall include all vascular wild growing plants and mushrooms that are considered protected and endangered species. State Register shall contain data on the following groups of plant species: (a) wild growing medicinal and ornamental plants, and also on edible plant species; (b) wild growing plants used for technical purposes; (c) plant species of natural pastures and hayfields.
